If you have ever wondered that, the Bible has proof of what is in store for us. Heaven is our reward! If we believe in our Father, along with His purpose for our lives, we are already reaping the rewards. God sent Jesus to pardon our sins. That is one of our greatest rewards. Jesus is coming back for us—yet another reward. God has provided us with salvation. That reward allows us to live a life where we are flawed, yet our flaws don’t destroy us.
Everyday, there is an opportunity to pursue God’s will for us. Our purpose, as believers, is to spread the news and the name of Jesus, thereby connecting souls to Him. This is yet another reward, for we are active agents for an active God!

23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
