NEWS & UPDATES

As a ministry we have grown in this season, and we will continue to grow. Yet, through all of this innovation, we have longed for something that felt more familiar. We’ve all prayed for the opportunity to gather together in our building together and that
day will come.

We want to reiterate that, while we can’t wait for the day that we are all worshipping together again, there is no pressure for anyone with health concerns to attend when that decision is made. We know that some of us won’t be able to worship in-person when we eventually gather, but we know that you will be with us in spirit. Your health and safety is extremely important to us, and we support you to make the decisions that are best for you. You can rest assured that we are committed to continue worshipping with you via our online worship service.

As believers, the love the of Christ compels us to place the needs of others above our own. We can show our love for each other by continuing to follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC and doing all we can to be sure we don’t spread the virus. We genuinely appreciate your thoughtfulness and your support.

Click here to review the phased re-entry approach developed by our Re-Entry Task Force. We want you and your family to better understand how we’re approaching the process of determining when it will be safe to return to in person worship.

Thank you for your support during these unprecedented times, especially while we do our best to worship in a way that is as safe as possible for all attendees.

If you have any questions or concerns about our re-entry approach, please email admin@highcalling.org.

What You Can Do

1. Stay Home and Practice Social Distancing. If you have to leave your home for essential items, be sure to keep 6 feet away from others and consistently use hand sanitizer. When you return home, remove your shoes and wash your clothing. When grocery shopping, wipe down all items and wash your hands.

2. Wash Your Hands Frequently. Use soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.

3. Use Wisdom. If you aren’t feeling well, please exercise all the wisdom available to make a wise decision whether or not you should attend in person. If you have symptoms like coughing, sneezing, nausea, or fever please stay home and take care. You can join us online via our FaceBook live stream while you recover. Even if you had planned to serve, we ask that we all put safety over service.

4. Prayer for the Sick. If you’ll let us know, we’d love to pray for you and your loved ones. You may contact us via email at prayer@highcalling.org and our Intercessory Prayer Team will continue to lift you up in prayer.

5.  Trust Father God to Protect Us. While we should do everything that we can in the natural realm, we should always continue to trust God to order our steps and to keep us safe. This is not a time to be scared, but a time to be careful. Stay in faith, stay in the Word, and let’s stay together trusting God for a speedy and safe resolution to this disease and its effects.
