Have you ever been in a dazed and confused state? Did it feel like everything just stopped and that it was just a lot coming at you at once? How contradicting, right?
There will be times where we will be overwhelmed. There will be times where things seem like they are piling up on you and you do not know which way to turn. When this happens, don’t give up on God! He is still there, working alongside you. He is the answer to all of the things that are overwhelming and confusing you.
In the dazed and confused state, it is difficult to understand and comprehend the love that God has constantly allowed. Do not give in to the confusion, but be redeemed by God’s magnificent clarity.
Ask God to wake you up. Ask Him to give you this magnificent clarity. Ask God to give you understanding. Ask God to awaken a new and delighted spirit in you. Sometimes, you may have to scream to yourselves, “Wake me up God!” God give me the discernment to know when and how to move. When God gives us clarity, there is a shift—we see with new eyes. We understand things differently. We begin to feel a sense of relief and release.
Being awakened by God gives us the ability to be present and not feel down and out. God, keep on living in and through us! Wake us up to what we need to see, to who we need to be and to who we need to seek and help in this life! Wake us up GOD!
